I really enjoyed working with Matt and his family. They wanted something urban and unique so that’s what we did. We walked around town and found all kinds of great places to stop at for his senior pictures. I love the variety we captured while working together!
I absolutely adored working with Lexi’s family when I took her older sister’s senior pictures and loved taking Lexi’s just as much! She wanted something totally unique and cool to document her sport so we went for it. The balance beam was hauled all the way to the park and I couldn’t be happier with how incredible all of these turned out!
Jillian and her mom came to me knowing exactly what they wanted and I was so excited when they said they wanted her entire session in the auditorium at Grand Ledge High School. They wanted edgy lighting to fit the location and knew I would be able to give this to them. Kelly joined me for their session and we spent two hours getting amazing photos of Jillian in a place she has spent so much time in during her high school years.
Kenzie is one of my 2017 senior models and is fun-loving and such a positive person! We went for a cowgirl theme for her model pictures to do something fun and different. It was fun planning this out with Kenzie and photographing it for her!
Kenzie’s grandparents were so sweet and allowed us to use their property for her senior pictures. They turned out so pretty!
It’s always funny when people come to me for their portrait consultation and we realize we already know each other. This happened with Jordan’s family- they brought their adorable German Shepherds to the clinic I used to practice at! They walked in and I was like, “I know you!”. lol. Too funny. Jordan’s pictures turned out pretty fabulous and I was excited he even let me photograph his tattoo. Thanks to Jordan and his family for being awesome!
I loved Hannah’s idea of having her portraits taken in her church with the stained glass windows and her rosary. This church is so stunning. For someone who’s faith is important to them, this was such a perfect location. The grounds were beautiful as well. Hannah’s senior pictures turned out so beautiful and Amber did a great job with her hair and makeup as well.
Kayla is so cool to work with. She’s easy going and fun to pose at every single photo shoot. Here are some pictures from her 2017 model session with me. We were going with an American theme which I LOVE. God Bless America.
Here are some of her favorite senior pictures at a cool, urban location. We HAD to get in the river for a couple, too. 🙂
Nicole is one of my senior models for the class of 2017. She has a great sense of humor and I always love it when she’s in front of my camera! Here are some of her model pictures from her very first session with me:
Here are her favorite senior pictures! My favorite is the one with the music and her clarinet. I love it so much.
Alyssa is another of my 2017 models. Her sister was my model a couple years ago and when she graduated I needed another Anthony kid in my life asap. I love Alyssa because she likes to keep things simple but she does it in a way that’s a cross between sophisticated and fun. Oh, and that hair… that hair, that hair. I’m thinking she should have shared some of that with the rest of us. lol
Here are Alyssa’s model session photos. How cute is that dress and those boots?
Her senior portraits started out at my favorite secret location, then finished up at the high school where we got lots of great sports shots for her!
Casey wanted his senior pictures taken at a private location which was awesome! My favorite part is that the area we planned on is actually known for being haunted. Apparently, it is common for people to not want to be in this area due to this reason, but I was so stoked. Maybe I’m weird but I like a little excitement in life. lol. We did lots of casual photos, which I think turned out amazing, and also incorporated his favorite activities and super cute cat. Check ’em all out!
Lizzy is one of my Class of 2017 senior models. She’s fun, she’s funny, she’s cute, and I’m loving having her. She signed on as a model a few months ago and I’m so stoked to get to continue photographing her for the next 11 months!
Here are her pictures from her senior model session with me a few months ago:
And, here are a bunch of her senior pictures! She chose to do two different sessions to capture two different looks so she got the urban/grungy style, and the pretty/girly style for her senior pictures. I scheduled Amber to do her hair and makeup for each session and she did a perfect job as usual!
Ashley is one of my senior models and I swear, every time these girls leave me I get so sad! Ashley is phenomenal to work with and her senior session with her “pets” was so much fun! I just love Ashley’s love for the farm and cows!
First are some of Ashley’s senior model pictures:
Next up are her senior pictures. Love them all!
When Alyssa first came to me she said she wanted her pictures to look different from all of her friends. I said “OK!”. Love it when that is someone’s first request because that is what I do! She chose to go to the garden, which is a very common location, but I made sure to use a variety of areas and poses for her to help her stand out. She loved her pictures and so do I!
My goal with every single one of my clients, seniors or otherwise, is to create something that portrays exactly who they are. For Alexis, we scheduled to finish her session at sunset and planned on multiple locations to capture all of who she is. She was so much fun and I truly saw her playful side, as well as her serious side. She is pretty fabulous and is going to do some amazing things with her life! She is one of my senior models and I’m going to miss her like crazy!
Alicia is one of my 2016 senior models and let me tell you, she is the idea queen! She forever has amazing ideas for session themes, poses, and anything I can (or can’t) think of. She never lets me down and I’m going to miss having her after she graduates! Thanks for being such a great model this year, Alicia!
Loved loved loved all of Abby’s ideas for her session! First we met at the salon where Amber did her hair and makeup, then we kicked off her session at the gardens for some pretty, summery portraits. The remainder of her session took place at the Duffy Daughty building where we got tons of great shots inside with her guitar, and outside with her softball gear!
